Ambassadors of Jesus Christ Church was founded by Pastor Mabirizi Joseph, who is also the senior pastor, and is affiliated to Kansanga Miracle Centre Church and is a member in both West Kampala Pastors Fellowship and National fellowship of Born-again Pentecostal Church.
The church began with spreading the gospel in the urban areas, and embarked on rural areas, and as far as the neighbouring countries like Rwanda Burundi, Zaire, Sudan, Tanzania, and Kenya.
